🌊 Braun Station West Pool Access & Hours🌊

Braun Station West has two pools for residents to enjoy. Our largest pool, located at 8630 Tezel, uses an electronic gate system with secure access credentials. You must sign Braun Station West's pool use agreement and have valid access credentials (an active pool card, PIN, or smartphone app) to use the pools at Braun Station West.

💳 Pool Card Fees (Yearly Renewal Required)

New Pool Cards – $30

Reactivated Pool Cards – $25

Senior Pool Cards (age 65+) – $20

👉 Cards must be renewed every year.

🏠 How to Get or Renew Your Pool Card - 2026

Stop by the BSW Office (8630 Tezel Rd.) Monday or Wednesday – Friday, from 12 PM – 6 PM. (Our office is closed Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday, and all federal holidays.)

You can exchange your old pool card for a new, activated pool card in the office after you sign our 2026 Pool Use Agreement. We accept cash or check in the office with no additional charge, or you can pay with credit, debit, or ACH payments online for a 3% processing fee.  All returned checks incur a $35 fee.

Please note: You must be in good standing with a zero balance on your HOA account to access the pools.

Closed Tuesdays for cleaning

✅ Who Can Rent?
Only Braun Station West residents with a $0 HOA balance can lease the Clubhouse or Pools.

✅ How to Reserve Your Spot?
📌 Complete the lease agreement
📌 Pay the rental fee & deposit (equal to the rental fee)
📌 Submit everything to the office, and you're all set! 🎊

 Your date can only be secured upon receipt of all rental funds and a completed lease agreement. 

Please come to the office at 8630 Tezel to complete your rental contract and pay your deposit and rental fee.

💰 Rental Fees:
🏡 Clubhouse Rental: $300 for the first 5 hours + $35 for each extra hour
 

🏊 Pool Rental:

Tezel Pool: $300 for up to 4 hours (7-11 PM)

Brigadoon Pool: $250 for up to 4 hours (7-11 PM)

🌟 Tezel Clubhouse & Pool Combo: $475 for up to 4 hours (7-11 PM)

🛠️ Setup & Cleanup:
Your rental time includes setup and cleanup. 🎈🧹 Early setups or late breakdowns will incur additional fees. Deposits are refunded if the facility is cleaned, all trash is removed, furniture is returned to its original setup, there is no damage, and it is properly secured by locking up and setting the alarm.

🏀 Basketball Court at Tezel:
Need to shoot some hoops? Get the gate code for the Basketball Court from the office. 

The court closes at 9 PM daily.

Want to play on the Sports Court at Brigadoon? Pick up the gate code at the office! 

The court closes at dusk daily.

Swim at Your Own Risk

No lifeguards will be present. Pool Monitors are employed by Braun Station West to observe the pool area and enforce the rules. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult, per Texas law, and unaccompanied minors must be able to swim.

Guest

Each Pool Access Card holder (resident) is allowed up to 5 guests per visit. The resident must accompany and remain with the guest at all times.

Pool Monitors

Pool Monitors are on duty at both pools to ensure the HOA rules are being followed. Swimmers and other facility users are required to follow all Pool Monitors' or other BSW Representatives' instructions. Failure to follow BSW Representatives' or Pool Monitor's instructions, or other violations of HOA rules, can result in the loss of pool access privileges and the forfeiture of any pool credential fees.

Pool Gate Access Form

Pool cards are now available in 2026! Come to the office during regular office hours (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from noon to 6 pm) to sign your pool use agreement and purchase or renew your pool gate access cards.

To expedite the process of buying your pool key card when you come to the office, fill out the Pool Use Agreement in advance (one form per family). Click on the link above for the pool use agreement. 

New or additional pool cards are $30 each per family and may be used by all family members and up to five of their guests. Card renewals are $25, and cards for seniors ages 65 and up are $20 each.
