Hello Neighbors,

I hope the cold weather is behind us as we look forward to the upcoming year. I want to thank everyone who attended the Annual Meeting at City Church on January 24. Given the strong turnout, it is clear we would have exceeded the occupancy limits at the Tezel Clubhouse. I also want to acknowledge those who worked hard to obtain the necessary proxies to ensure we met our quorum.

The Board is currently planning events, evaluating maintenance needs, and preparing for an exciting year ahead. Please save the date for our Board Meetings, held every second Wednesday of the month at 7:00 PM. These meetings are the best way to stay informed about our latest actions, plans, and projects.

Additionally, I would like to invite all residents to the BSW Town Hall Gatherings on the first Monday of every month. These sessions are a great opportunity to talk with the President and meet your neighbors. We have two sessions scheduled for 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, and we are working on adding an evening time for future dates. Refreshments will be served, and we look forward to getting to know one another.
